John Bain of Bain Property Inspection Inc. should be your go-to for a home inspection. His reports are incredibly detailed and give a thorough understanding of what you’re signing up for. He leaves no readily accessible stone unturned. We used him to inspect a 180 year old historic home in downtown Lexington. We expected a lengthy list, but wanted to go into our purchase eyes wide open. His report was helpful in understanding and prioritizing repairs that were needed prior to and after closing.
