I had my first experience this week at this office, and I was thoroughly impressed with the office and personnel. The office was warm and inviting, and Alex played a big roll with a warm greeting and the attention and knowledge she provided. I was equally impressed with Jake and the amount of time and care he spent with me. I highly recommend this office to anyone with a need who would like more than the rushed visit we have become accustomed to. The care, consideration, and time spent was certainly new to me. I will be returning as needed knowing that my needs will be met in the same manner I experienced this week. I would give them an A+ rating in every aspect.
Everyone at Audiology Associates is incredible! Jake is wonderful! He is kind, knowledgeable and fun. Ariel is also wonderful. She is accommodating and always so friendly. I have been going there for years and will continue to do so.
Honestly could not be happier with my visit to Audiology Associates in Lexington. Found them via a Google search and called. Amy took my call and I knew right away that I would be happy visiting this office. She was very friendly and very professional. 10 out of 10 for her. I was seen quickly and my issue was resolved even faster. Everything was explained to me in a manner that was easy to understand. We decided on a quarterly follow up and i was given an easy care plan that i can do at home. I am normally seen through the VA so I was happy to learn that Audiology Associates is Veteran friendly.
