Working with Apex was the best part of an unfortunate situation. Recent storms caused a branch to make a sizable hole in our roof. I called Apex to set up a date for an estimate and Evan, the project manager, was at the house the very same day. He worked with my insurance company and was in contact with them regularly. The roof crew was impressive and repairs were quick and look great! We were so impressed, we had them replace all our gutters in addition to the needed repairs. I cannot recommend Apex enough!
Evan, a new & independent owner of Apex in Lexington, KY. is a wonderful person who went above & beyond for me with my insurance company. He assisted me every step of the way by accompanying the insurance adjuster, sending forms & photos to my insurance company & public adjuster. He made several visits to my home, taking photos & submitting shingles from my roof to an independent party my insurance had requested. Evan was always prompt to return my phone calls & texts. He consistently treated me with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Evan with Apex for roof repair & replacement.
I have been extremely pleased with the help I received from Chris Hunt and the whole team of VC contracting. Chris took the time to find my problem and explain it to me and my son. I really appreciate the drown pictures. My problem is finally fixed. Thanks Cris and the whole team
