The BEST eye exam. Best one I’ve had in my 22 years of needing glasses. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.I also brought along my 1.5 year old and 4.5 year old. They can be a lot for sure. The staff never acted like they were a bother.The optometrist I saw today was the most caring, and kind man. He took time to explain EVERYTHING to me. There were abnormalities with my eyes, he saw so he requested we go deeper and get my eyes dilated. Thankfully all good.When it was time to pick out glasses, I was actually overwhelmed by the amount of options. The Lexington, Kentucky Store was and is EXCEPTIONALY TOP NOTCH. Great staff with politeness and courteously respect. Amber the assistant who helped me to decide/suggest what to choose. A enormous selection...Definitely would recommend..!!!

General Manager Stephanie was the BEST! We had a glasses emergency and she did everything she could to ensure we left with SOMETHING today! 10/10! We’re sure to return for all of glasses & contact needs!
