This agency seems very uncomfortable with answering questions. As a perspective employee I feel like reading the information that you are given before signing offer is reasonable as well as asking about pay. The pay is not based on experience you are paid a flat rate regardless of experience despite the ad claims. The owner was extremely offended and called me untrusting for asking questions. she was rude, as she continued to interrupt while I was trying to clarify questions. Subsequently after completing sub par training, offer was resended as I am not a good fit, per the owner. Specifically as part of their orientation process they state that you do not document abuse. I found this particularly concerning. Lack of training for individuals who are not experienced was also concerning. I think this is a dangerous situation for patients who require require a lift or transfers. There were communication issues from the beginning as staff told me to come in for orientation but then when I presented as I was told no one seemed to know who I was or why I was there. I don't think that these are the kind of people that you would want to work for or receive care from.
