Absolutely terrified before going cried on the doctor as he went over everything and he just handed me a tissue and listened to every question I had. He did everything he could to help me. I am still terrified but feel more at ease with this place being my care giver. Thank you for the kindness and understanding. I hope to be seeing you soon.
Update: 9 month later.. my insurance denied me so many times but they kept going kept submitting and eventually they got me approved. Needless to say the fear hadn't left if anything it was so much more intense. But when I say they were amazing.. like amazing I can't believe I waited this long. Don't be afraid just do it
I was treated with dignity and respect they even redid the teeth that I thought was to small in front of the top plate they didn’t stop until I was satisfied plus I have a100days to have adjustments I’m thankful
They were very patient and took their time explaining things to me. Showing me the difference in the design and details of each set of dentures and my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed, was very comfortable. Glad of my choice to go there.
