The dentist was great, amazing. Very professional and kind. However, the front desk end needs some serious help- the white lady was so damn rude and nasty. Then you got the black lady cussing folks out on the phone, I understand people are short staffed right now but as a patient in that facility, there's an unspoken rule about respect, especially being that I'm an elderly disabled woman.
I didn’t have to wait in the lobby for very long before they got me back and right into x-rays. Then the nurse was really friendly and explained all of my options, before the doctor came to speak with me about what I wanted, which was very nice as well. It’s been a really good experience so far, so I have high hopes for once my procedure is done🤞 Keep up the good work guys!
The staff at Affordable Dentures are amazing. They explain things so you can understand & go above & beyond. Thank you. Dr. Robertson, Melissa & Maria for the great job you do.
