I highly recommend Advantage, they have a highly educated staff who understand how to meet the individual needs of each person that walks in the door. As a competitive athlete recovering from an injury, I really appreciate a team that is willing to push me to improve my weaknesses while using recovery techniques like dry needling to address my inflammation. I have been working quite a bit with Amber who does and outstanding job designing an exercise routine for each individual and adjusting it as you improve.
