If I could give 0 stars I would. I emailed Thelma Branson the same day she emailed me or a day after. I emailed multiple times & called and she never responded. My advice ? Don’t even waste your time

I am very disappointed in the lack of compassion that your facility exhibited at the death of my Aunt Madge during her passing. All the times I came there and called, each time going to nurses station to make sure you had my name and phone number to contact me when My Aunt Madge passed. When I got there last Saturday to visit, I was told he had died three months ago, no one called me, there are no family members there I have contact with so I depended on you.
