The owner, who is a neighbor clearly doesn't understand business, sales or service. He lost 2 sales in two days by not returning calls. Avoid this establishment and spend a few extra dollars for your personal contentment

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would! We have an extended warranty on our Frigidaire range. Frigidaire recommended this company for repairs. We were told they didn’t need to come out. They knew exactly what was wrong with the stove and he would order the part. That was in April. In May I called and was told the part was Still on back order. Middle of June still on back order. Warranty company sent the work order to them. They called and told us the knew what was wrong, sight unseen, and would order the part. We never heard from them again. Over a month later we finally got the warranty company to select a new repair company for our dishwasher. Their phone number voicemail is always full and they never answer the phone. I had read these reviews, but since I don't have a choice in who the company sends I was willing to give them a chance. Wish the older reviews had been wrong.
