I just rejoined LHF after being away for several years. I LOVE the variety of exercise classes that are offered to motivate me to keep moving and get stronger each day. Our instructor, Autria, is amazing and makes everyone feel welcome. She encourages participants to work at their own pace and is quick to praise individual successes. �� �

I so enjoyed joining Silver Sneakers. Great place to get in shape. The gym is very clean and offers a lot of exercise classes and machines for a very minimal fee. Getting in shape has so many health benefits.
