Shawn and team were fantastic, honest and trustworthy partners helping me with a variety of projects at my vacation rental home preparing for it to hit the market. Full garage conversion, HVAC help, shower installation, high end design installation, complex electrical work throughout the property and external. Shawn was my primary contact as I was remote. For sure one of the best general contractor types Ive ever worked with. Amazing communication, helpfulness and craftsman ship.

Shawn, Justin, Austin, and the rest of the Younited Services team were fantastic to work with on our short-term rental renovation in Lawrenceburg, KY. We live out of state, so great communication was key—and Shawn delivered. He was super helpful with material and layout decisions and always quick to respond. The team handled major projects like rebuilding the front porch, replacing the back deck with a concrete patio, and renovating the master bath, plus other tasks like tile work, Starlink setup, and wiring for the hot tub and sauna.
