Check in took time to fill out form, but is a necessary task for proper care. Staff was courteous and caring. Assessment and treatment stages went smooth and did not take long. Very happy with the whole process of seeking medical assistance at this office.

My child and I were both needing to be seen, so I set up our appointment online about half hour before opening and then was texted links to register and give all pertinent info. We waited about 5 minutes in the lobby as the first patients of the day. The nurse came in to take vitals on both of us, did our tests and then alerted the Dr to our presence. He came in and gave us a once over, delivered the news and called in meds. We were in and out in less than half an hour for both of us. Very friendly and efficient staff. Their self registration process by phone streamlines the whole process. Big Jack Cafe and Daynabrook Greenhouse right next door are great places to stop for really good food and really wonderful plants before or after your appointment.
