I called at 11:30 in the morning on the 25th of June. The lady in dispatch was so polite and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. She called and updated me as she said she would. Excellent customer service. The technician Matthew showed up a little after 5pm the same day, diagnosed the issue, and had it repaired in less than 45 minutes. He went above and beyond to check the whole system, as well as explain in detail of what he was doing. I would and will recommend Affordable service solutions to anyone that need this kind of service. Thank you for such professionalism and promptness. 5 stars all the way!

Wonderful customer service! Ended up not using them as I scheduled someone else with sooner availability. However, the lady I spoke with was sweet, understanding, and had me on the list to get someone to me ASAP!
