My old HVAC unit was damaged when a pipe burst and flooded my house. Chris from Thompson helped me work with my insurance company to get this loss covered. They came out, removed my old unit and installed a new one. Everyone was very professional. The technician that showed up on the first day respected my home by putting on boot cover, even though I told him he did not need to. They took their time to explain to me exactly what needed to happen and why. On the day the install happened, they showed up on time and did a great job of removing the old unit and installing the new without scratching up my walls or making any kind of a mess.
