Can't recommend this place enough! My dog was boarded for seven days and she is also medically complex. I was happy to hear from the staff everyday to hear about what my dog was getting to do, how she was doing, and see pictures of her having a great time. I felt safe leaving my dog there knowing they have an on call vet 24/7. The staff messages made me feel like Edie was their only guest because they took so much time with her. All her meds were administered and they adhered to her prescription diet. I wouldn't hesitate to board my dog here again. Thank you for taking such great care of Edie, which allowed me to enjoy my vacation to the fullest.
We have been going to Custom Paws for several years and we love them! Our anxious boy, Louie, does great and always look so fresh & clean after he has been groomed! Highly recommend. Booking fills up quickly so I suggest booking in advance- I think that is a testament to their quality of services!
Custom Paws is amazing! I feel so secure in leaving my dog with them. He has severe anxiety, yet I know he’s in safe hands with all of the staff members. I wish there was an option for more stars…they deserve more than 5/5! Thank you, Custom Paws!!
