I do not recommend. In January 2025, I contracted with Chism Services to replace my aging A/C unit. We agreed that he would install a modern system including a heat pump. What I got instead was the wrong size coil, an A/C unit that was merely placed outside, not even connected, obviously leaking fluid and therefore unusable. After repeated requests and silence from Chism he finally showed up to take away the wrong size coil with a promise to return with the correct size coil and a replacement A/C unit. He never returned. We got 5 quotes and these guys beat everyone. We had them install our hvac and furnace and they were very friendly and personable. I highly recommend Chism.Update I later tried to have service by this company but I could never get a hold of them.

I contacted Chism Services LLC Heating and Cooling Derby weekend, May 2021, about needing a new HVAC system. At that time, Chism and the crew were accommodating and quick to answer our call. They successfully installed a new indoor and outdoor unit that weekend.Friday, Jan. 27th, 2022Around 3:00 AM - assuming we had a power glitch, our house was cold, around 60 degrees. With temperatures outside below freezing. The power to the Nest thermostat was not registering.
