This was my first time using Backup Plumbing and they were Excellent. After assessing the situation, they provided me with a free estimate. Communication was great via phone, texts, and email. Customer service was wonderful, they notified me they were on their way and arrived on time. While on site they were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.
Backup Plumbing did a great job communicating the specifics of the project. The technician, Clay, was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with Backup Plumbing.
We noticed our old water heater was leaking in the morning, called Back Up Plumbing and they came out the same day to replace it. This may have just been an opening in the schedule for some reason, but I was so grateful. Terrific service with knowledgeable technicians, which has been the case each time I have used this company. They are the best!
