The job Dillon did was much better than previous companies. Everything was tested and cleaned. Turns out all I needed was coolant, but he did give me a heads up on a couple of items to keep an eye on rather than tell me it had to be replaced immediately. Knowledgeable and courteous. Would refer people to Air Support and will definitely call them them on the next one.
Hello Everyone! I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with Air Support Heating and Cooling. We chose Air Support because they are here locally in La Grange, Kentucky, and we saw many favorable reviews on Google. The owner, Dalton, came to our home personally and gave us the estimate. What a nice young man! He spent almost an hour with us and took time to explain the trade-offs on the different units they provide. They were honest, hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable. The two guys also worked neatly and efficiently. They cleaned up all trash and any messes that they made, wore plastic shoe covers when in the house and were very careful not to damage anything in the yard or house. I definitely recommend them for installations and would also use them for repairs if needed.
