Absolutely wonderful experience! Responded to my web inquiry within minutes and was at my house in less than two hours. Did not end up having work done, but that was because he was completely honest with me and said he wasn't sure he would be able to achieve the result I was looking for and wouldn't feel right taking the job with the possibility it wouldn't turn out how I wanted it. He did mention how much it would cost if he were to do it though and it seemed very reasonable to me. He's also super friendly and was helpful with suggestions on what I could try myself. I have his number saved for any future projects I may have or if anyone needs a recommendation!

When my fur baby got stung by a bee and his face swelled up like a balloon, Dr Stephanie was the only veterinarian around who was available for an emergency after-hours visit. She returned my call within minutes and told me to meet her at the clinic (this was late at night ). I am eternally grateful to her for being there for us when we needed it most, for saving us from having to drive to Lexington or Richmond in a crisis situation, and for saving my fur babies life. Unlike the other practice that "claims" to offer emergency after-hours services, Dr Stephanie actually DOES! And she does because she cares.
