My dogs have been going to Banfield for over 15 years now, I personally love the Stoneybrook location! I just took my new 4 lb chihuahua puppy today and the process was seamless. I got her signed to for her wellness plan and am very happy with everything!! The staff is amazing, the manager India is so helpful and all of the other employees I encounter when I’m visiting with my dog or calling on the phone! I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital!!

This place gave me the most incredible experience with getting information about their programs and staff. I wanted to pick the best place for my fur baby and I think I have found the one. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and truly made me feel like this is where I belong. Also shout out to Avery for helping me make my decision she is one of the best parts of your staff ( give her a raise!)

We followed Dr Corbett to Banfield after years at her previous employer. She is the absolute best and most caring Vet who takes her time with patients and thoroughly explains options for care for your pet. We love her and will follow her wherever she goes should she leave Banfield. I gave the business a 4 star because the check in and check out process is very slow with typically one person handling multiple duties thereby causing a backlog for administrative processing. This is not a one time experience. It’s habitual. They really need a second person at the front counter to speed things along especially when you consider multiple pets jammed into a small waiting area... read full review
