I had someone close, a family member pass away there in Kentucky, while my boyfriend and I live in Tennessee. Unfortunately, we were not able to make it to her services today. By the time that I found out that the services were being held today. I only had a very short time, approximately about an hour to order flowers and have them delivered. When I called, the nicest person chatted with me and took my order had a beautiful lantern with a bow and some greenery on it ready, put a beautiful little note on it and delivered it to the local funeral home in time for her services All that was done within an hour!!!! Her #1 delivery guy (Jimmy) always has a smile on his face and makes the recipient feel very special.
Great company but better people!
Live arrangement for a funeral. The flowers looked pretty and fresh; included pink and purple as I requested. I gave a 4 star because I was not loving how the flowers were placed. I’m sure the recipient was very appreciative. The lady that took the order was very friendly.
