The dentist and dental hygienists have all been professional and kind. However, the front office is a mess. Every time we go it’s brand new people and we’ve had multiple billing issues that took months to resolve due to negligence on their end. We are looking around to switch to a new dental practice after years of frustration. Stay away from this practice. Clearly with the amount of turnover there are problems.

TLDR; Mortenson told me I needed 3 teeth pulled and $15,000 worth of implants. Decided to seek a second opinion. Went to two other Dentists who severely disagreed.
I now go to a new dentist and still have all my natural teeth. I’m only 28 years old. I cannot believe they wanted to pull 3 entire teeth when all I ended up needing was a bite adjustment. To clarify, there was no active infection or periodontal disease (confirmed by a Periodontist, thank god I paid that $260 out of pocket fee!) or really any issue other than my personal complaints of discomfort. I kept trying to advocate for myself as even I knew their treatment plan for me was agressive and possibly predatory. Unfortunately, I had medicaid at the time and could not afford a second opinion! I decided to tough it out for 2 years dealing with constant dental discomfort until I was off of medicaid and in a better spot financially to get a second, and third, opinion. Forever thankful I believed in myself and saw the red flags because the alternative was to trust Mortenson and be missing 3 teeth before 30 years old (FOR NO GOOD REASON).
I AM NO LONGER IN PAIN AFTER HAVING MY BITE ADJUSTED DUE TO CROWNS MORTESON PUT ON.
If you want a dental provider who treats you like an inconvenience as well as a piggy bank, then Mortenson Family Dental is for you!

Had my teeth cleaned did a great job .Everyone was super nice and they offered to get my wheelchair out of the can and put it back in.
