Don Fahey and Jen Plumbing came to my rescue for the second time. I had an emergency water service line leak in the middle of my front lawn and I reached out to Don and he showed up the following morning, even with a full schedule. Don has been doing all of my plumbing for years. His work is always top notch. He is an excellent communicator as well, which is becoming rare with contractors. We always communicate at least a week in advance as to his arrival, usually a follow up a couple days in advance, and then the day of.
I have yet to give Don something he cannot handle. He has rebuilt a shower from its initial 1950’s installation to an updated single handled setup that does not scald us when a toilet is flushed, to installing disposals, a macerating toilet ( Saniflo), natural gas connections, and various other things around the house for me.
