I received some of the best service from Tessla. She went out her way to help me find a pool part that I couldn’t find in Clarksville. She called around until she found it and made sure I had it before the end of business day. The store is out of my way but she has earned my business and I will start using L&W for my pool needs
Tessla and Doug are wonderful. Doug always does a great job taking care of our pool and explaining things to us. Tessla is always supper communicative, responsive, and accommodating. We are grateful for them.
If you are looking for a pool company that gives great customer service, please look no further. I needed a new pool filter, and from the initial call, to the final installation, Mike and his guys took care of me. Great communication and very friendly. His guys came out and installed my new filter and my pool has never worked better than it does now. They will be my go to for anything I need for my pool going forward. I highly recommend these guys.
