Stacey is the one of the friendliest and most genuine people I've ever met in my life. I have the pleasure of knowing her in my life personally as well as having her spice up my hair whenever I get a wild urge. Highly recommend her for all your needs!

I went in to Stacey for a shadow root and left with leopard print and a line halfway around my head. When I told her, she had me come back in so she can rub old lightener from my appoimtm5hours before over the spot and line with her finger. Nothing came out, it still looks exactly the same. So then she told me it would wash out in two washes. I've washed it four times since then and they are still there. I texted her and told her I needed my money back so I could go somewhere for a color correction. She then told me that she would only give me half of my money back, I told her I was going to put a review with photos on Facebook so she then told me I was acting crazy... read full review
