I had an excellent experience at Results Physiotherapy while training for my first marathon.
I began experiencing knee pain during training. Jesup Fritsch evaluated me and identified that the issue was actually related to weakness in my hips and glutes.
Over the next 6 weeks, Jesup and Whitney worked with me to build strength in those areas while allowing me to continue training.
Because of their knowledge, support, and encouragement, I was able to complete my marathon without knee pain.
