Our heater wasn’t functioning right on new yews eve day. Todd came out that afternoon and told us our 15 year old system was about to give up the ghost. On January 1 the heat went out altogether. By noon on January 2 we had a new heat system and are now cozy and warm. Thank you Quality Heating

My AC has acted up the entire 10 years ive lived here. My landlord finally called quality and they had my ac working great! For about a month....now it's doing the exact same thing all over again. I still rate them 4 stars, only because it takes so long to get someone out. And I wish I could call on a Sunday when its 80 on my house ???

Came within 45 minutes of my call to have my central heat looked at. Temp was a balmy 11 degrees. Tech was friendly and professional, he took the time to explain my problem and what needed to be done.
