We've had McGee for 40+ years. This year was a new experience. The tech, DeAriyan was exceptional! My elderly parents had some plumbing issues in the crawl space they did not know about and he still conducted the termite inspection! DeAriyan was prompt, professional and sent us pictures of what he saw. We quickly got a plumber to fix what could have been a much worse situation without his attention to detail and a willingness to tell us about it. Thank you DeAriyan for being so considerate and going above and beyond!
If I could give Ted Rogers 10 stars I would. He services our Oak Tree Farms and Liberty Landing communities and goes above and beyond every single time. The follow up, detailed info on units that need attention and the service he provides is the best ive seen in the 23 years Ive been in property mgmt.
Ted Rogers was very communicative and helped us figure out exactly what services we needed for the issues we're having. He cared about our home and was cognizant of our pets as well. Thank you Ted!
