I've been going to Mariner for at least 3 to 4 years. I can't think of even one bad experience in all the correspondence we've had through that time. They're skilled professionals that always do everything they can for their clients. Every person in the office seems to genuinely care about who they deal with and regardless of the outcome you can trust they've done all they could in your best interest. For me the staff in Hopkinsville are worth the trip even if you're not local. The office is always asking about my family, (especially little Jack Jack?) and the atmosphere feel less like an errand at the loan office & more like a visit with friends & family. It's appreciated.
