All of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant, nice, and helpful! They were very kind and compassionate towards my pup, who was nervous. My dog is typically seen at a neighboring county vet and also by a neurologist in Nashville. Mansfield kindly allowed us to have special blood labs drawn by them and will send the results to both locations. Prior to this appointment, I have only heard great things about Mansfield and their excellent care. They also help and support Max's Hope Pet Rescue. I highly recommend them! This animal clinic was very polite and professional! The prices are affordable and the handled my American Akita puppy with so much care and concern. My biggest mistake was not coming here years ago for my previous dog. I HIGHLY recommend. Everyone was respectful and friendly…..Including the other Dogs and their owners….. Its clean and organized. I LOVE IT HERE…. THANK YOU.

2 months ago I take my dog Dixie in to have her put to sleep, because she is ill, no tests were run, I was sent home with Galliprant, and Otomax ointment. 2 months go by and I call again saying she is not doing good and the vet knew I was thinking about euthanasia. Dixie had an appt on Friday the 18th and they take blood from her. And tell me they want to run the Low Dose Dex Test on her yesterday. the 21st. I don't understand , vets knowing she may have Cushing's disease. I am with my girl Dixie 24/7 I see how she has declined. No one asked me what I wanted to do. I was there for 2 hours, waiting on the test results. Is it just about how much money they can get out of you. My Dixie is not doing well, so why put her through tests. My dog has fallen 4 times. She has all the symptoms of Cushing's. Vets need to be more compassionate. Why put a senior dog through hell. I am with her 24/7 not you. Money hungry assholes

I had to change my previous review of 5 stars, and if I could give a zero star review, I would. Approx 3+ yrs ago, my male cat was having urinary stones, and he was totally blocked. THIS KILLS MALE CATS VERY QUICKLY! My husband called, and they refused to see him for 2 days! Even after telling the lady what was going on. We take him in 2 days later, and they did surgery... called to let us know he made it through and was doing well....20 mins later, we get a call saying he was dead! They had not even started waking him up when the 1st call we got said he was doing great! If they had treated him the day we called, my cat would still be with us! They KILLED my cat! He was only 6 yrs old! Still had a lot of life left to live. I didn't post this review until now due to the fact that I am still soooooo angry over the fact that they wouldn't see him, and it was a life and death emergency! Unfortunately, the negligence and non knowledge on emergency situations from the person answering the phone my cat is gone. Anyone wishing to comment negatively..... go ahead...no worries...We switched to Todd County Animal Clinic, and I am beyond thrilled. Other situations with friends and family feeling like not enough tests performed or just felt like their animals weren't getting the best care they deserved have now moved their veterinary services to Todd County as well and no complaints only "why did I wait so long to change veterinary clinics" is what they have said to me!
