“These guys are top notch. Been going there for the last couple of years and never had a bad experience, until today. Today I learned that trades people that see us in Caycee Mill are mostly helpful when asked a question. Well today as I was being helped with a septic tank riser, I asked a question about the riser fitting my model of tank and how it functioned. A trades person setting there was asked by a super helpful store employee, if he was accustomed using this type of riser and he explained how they worked. I was grateful for his assistance, until he asked, are you an installer? and I replied no, I'm a farmer. His response wasn't to me, it was to the employee. You see, this is what happens when yall sell these tanks to just anybody... I was a little upset with his response, but none the less, I stayed professional as my wife would say. And looked at my buddy and just laughed. As we were walking out, I could hear the guy say that being a farmer doesn't mean you know what you're doing. I just let it go and walked out. I plan on going in this place until I get finished with my project, and the employees at Caycee Mill were and always have been very professional and courtesy levels are always high.“
