I have purchased a Mr Cool DIY multi system in 2022. First, Ingram's support was amazing at the time of installation and now (I have an issue perhaps with the EEV valves), Amy at Ingram got me a MRCOOL expert within 15 hours. Thanks a lot!

Rachel was a great CS rep; kept my info on a sticky note and let me know as soon as the equipment I was looking for got in stock! Couldn't say better things about them; if only it was easy to find a reasonable person to install the equipment for me. 😂 Thanks again!

Has incredible service if you’re going to buy Mr. cool unit, they are the only place to buy. I have had a few hiccups with a missed call nothing major but for instance, I had to have a new head unit because my old one leaked I called up Ingram on a Thursday and by Sunday my new head unit was sitting in my carport.
If you like amazing service and a dedicated staff who answer the phone when you call; this is a company you will love. They don’t outsource the phones to some entity in another country. They answer them here in the United States and that I appreciate.
