Quick response and professional and friendly technician. Repair was completed within 2 hours! I realize it is unrealistic to expect that quick of a response every time, but could not have been more pleased with our experience. We are in the middle of a multi-day heatwave so a broken air conditioner is not something that can easily be endured.
Rachel was great. She saved me time and money by double checking the part I ordered with the compatability of the Mr. Cool serial number. The first part I ordered was incorrect and she got me the correct part before the order went through.
