Has incredible service if you’re going to buy Mr. cool unit, they are the only place to buy. I have had a few hiccups with a missed call nothing major but for instance, I had to have a new head unit because my old one leaked I called up Ingram on a Thursday and by Sunday my new head unit was sitting in my carport.
If you like amazing service and a dedicated staff who answer the phone when you call; this is a company you will love. They don’t outsource the phones to some entity in another country. They answer them here in the United States and that I appreciate.
