Joey from Woodard Cooling & Heating has a nose for sniffing out the root cause to problems with HVAC systems. While I am no professional by any stretch of the imagination, listening to Mr. Joey talk through why our system was having issues and what the problem was made me feel educated afterward and I am happy to know we have local service techs that NOT ONLY know how to quickly fix the problems you may encounter but also take a moment to be human and educate you on how to identify and furthermore prevent future issues. Gary did an excellent job solving our problem and then servicing our AC unit. He gave a thorough explanation of the repair and what we can do to prevent it in the future. Knowledgeable and courteous. A++.
