Waited for over 2 hours to be seen when there is no other patients. staff not pleasant except front desk lady was very nice. will not come back to Owensboro health urgent care in henderson ky again.

I went in early on a Sunday morning and was seen promptly by Nicole French APRN. She did a great job and suggested performing a lab test to assist in her diagnosis. After a few minutes the lab work was back and I picked up my prescriptions and left. It’s very handy to be able to pickup medications all in one stop.

Tina Holbrook APRN provided us with exceptional care. She expressed true concern when I brought my husband in. Though it was clear that the Urgent Care was extremely busy, she still took the time to sit down and educate us on proper care of my husbands diagnosis and continuously apologized for the wait. I 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!!

Nothing Urgent or Caring here!I was extremely sick. High fever, throat swollen - swallowing felt like razor blades!I went to our local Minor Emergency center (MOM) - on Wednesday- she tested me for Covid! I was negative for Covid- it must be just sinus.Two days later, with no improvement- and so weak I could barely walk, I tried Owensboro Health Urgent Care. I was told the had real doctors there.The waiting room was crowed (maybe 10 people). I saw very few people go back for care, and very few come out.People who waiting for care started to leave….. mumbling obscenities under their breath - and after waiting two hours myself, I told the receptionist - I had to leave, too - she mumbled, “I’m sorry”. In the two hours I was there - perhaps 4 people were given care.The doctors in Henderson are leaving in droves… who will give us care once they are all gone?We’ve got a medical monopoly in Henderson and we’re getting close to socialized care?God help us.

Wonderful caring staff at urgent care Tina holbrook was nice and caring really listened to me on video visit and the nurse Bill was so super kind and they made sure I understood everything and Tina even called me today make sure I got my test results she was a joy to talk to thanks owensboro health and keep up the good work and prayers that you all stay safe and healthy always so caring just visited again for covid

Every since my doctor joined in with them I have had nothing but problems trying to get in touch with someone my doctor is wonderful but can't speak with anyone even scheduling but the time I have push this pushed that and called back multiple times I am so upset I have a headache no one cares about the patient where has CUSTOMER SERVICE went I guess the pretty complex and hospital is more important than we are this happens everytime me or my husband calls

I see Sheri Pullin there,she is my PCP. The best I've ever had in 60 years, all staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable. My family and I have also used the urgent care,lab and x-rays .all the people there are friendly and helpful. Best medical place I've ever been. Your not going to get perfection no matter where you go,but I think other places could learn from this facility. THANKS TO ALL FOR THE WONDERFUL SEVRICE YOU HAVE PROVIDED FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT FOR SHERI PULLIN.
