Replacing our AC/heat pump was not what we had planned but it is what needed to be done. From our experience with the service technician ( Dalton) to the installation crew ( Kyle and Kaylen), everything was top notch. Highly recommend: fast, friendly service and no high pressure “sales”. Clint came yesterday afternoon to replace a trap under my kitchen sink. He was so professional and friendly and explained what he was doing. It works great and doesn't leak now. Also, in the past he has put in a water heater for me and repaired a water line and did excellent work on those jobs also. I certainly recommend Clint at OnTime service!

Today was the first time I used them since we bought our house 2yrs ago, the A/C was out Brandon the tech was very professional and knowledgeable on what he does and got us up and running We bought a service contract and will use On Time services from now on !
