I would definitely recommend them. Turned our air on Sunday night and just heat was coming through the vents. Called them Monday morning. They gave us a 12-3 window for that day. They then called back and said 11-1. He was there within that timeline. Luckily for us, he found the problem right away and within 15 minutes we had A/C. As an older couple I cannot praise this company enough. They could stretched it out and found ways to cost us more money but their truthfulness is what will keep me as a repeat customer.

Kyle, Zane and Zander were very professional. They did a great job. They were at our house from approximately 7:30 am to 7:00 pm. They were very respectful. All items were cleaned up when they finish with the installation of our unit. Once the unit was installed Kyle walked me through every step of whet they did that day. I am very pleased with the service, unit and professionalism of the gentlemen. Over all we have always had a great experience with all service we have received from OnTIME. Everyone we have had contact with from OnTIME were very friendly, and professional.

The techs were very thorough in their maintenance of my A/C and furnace unit. My only complaint is that they could have sent me an email with pictures and descriptions of repairs that were needed amd the cost.
