This is a 5 star Midas! I was in an emergency situation with my car breaking down and this staff, most notably Tim and Sean, took great care of our situation. They were thorough, efficient, clear with me about the repairs and charges, and expressed incredible kindness. They handled several other customers during my wait time and they managed each person’s needs wonderfully. I hope I never break down again BUT if so, I hope it’s at a time and place to have their help again. While it was their sincere kindness that struck me the most, I also should obviously point out that they fixed my car and made it safe for me to get back on the road.

I was working several hours from home and on a time crunch when I had a flat tire in a rural area. After putting on the temporary tire, I found the Midas Henderson shop online. When I arrived, the staff was helpful and had me up and going with a new tire in less than an hour. I am greatly appreciative of the assistance, professionalism and speed with which the Midas Henderson staff took care of me. I was able to complete my work before sundown.Service: Tires

Midas in henderson is the only shop in town that I will continue to take my truck to for service. They go above and beyond as far as customer service. They can almost always fit me in same day for a last minute oil change. These guys are awesome and the price is pretty fair for the amount of work they do
