Lou is amazing! She takes time to listen to my concerns, and she even calls to follow up on appointments. I am genuinely thankful to have found a PCP that is focused more on a quality visit rather than funneling patients in and out. If you are looking for a provider who is focused on getting to know you and your health concerns rather than generic symptom management, Lou is your girl. She will work hard to restore your health and also your faith in a broken healthcare system. She is one of the most selfless people I have ever met and I am thankful she is the one overseeing my health.
