Professional courtesy is absent. Lacking transparency on what is included in her packages as well as who she is contracting to perform the job indicated (my wedding). The few photos present on her webpage and facebook pages do not appear professional nor of someone with the experience she is claiming.The few reviews I have read have been very enticing and I'm sure that she has had happy customers. But in this particular situation, the lack of professionalism, transparency, portfolio and planning are the reason that I am walking away from this photographer.
