I had a knee replacement and hurt pretty much of the time. I could tell by 3 to 4 therapies that I was starting to ease up on pain. Therapy is definitely the way to go. I had a therapist named Matt in Hebron and he was excellent. It definitely hurt but he said to keep on pushing and I did and it’s worth it. The receptionist Josie was so kind nice and welcoming!!!
I went to Benchmark after a car accident injured my knee. Matt helped me get flexibility and strength back and eliminated the constant pain in my knee.My recovery time was much faster than I thought it would take. I'm very happy with the results.
I’ve had PT at another facility before, but nothing compares to my experience here. After knee surgery, the smaller setting and one-on-one attention made all the difference. Matt was incredible—encouraging, skilled, and truly focused on my progress. I accomplished in weeks what took me months at a larger facility. I highly recommend Matt and wouldn’t go anywhere else for PT.
