Just wanted to say the staff that works outside in the drive through does an awesome job. Their there no matter how cold or hot it is outside. Thank you for the great service you provide.
We came to the pediatrician as a walk in and had a appointment on another day. We were seen faster as a walk in than with the appointment. No one introduced themselves and they had a intern who pretty much wasted more time because he had zero knowledge. We will be switching Drs.
Doctors are great but wait times are long. Staff isnt good at keeping you informed. Had an appointment for my 8 year old and 30mins after appointment time I asked what was taking so long. They told me her Dr had an emergency and had to leave to go to the hospital so my daughter was put on the walk-in list. We didnt get back to a room until an hour after her original appointment time! I understand emergencies but lack of communication is a big problem.
