I had my taxes prepared by Alridge and Aldridge Accounting in March, but unfortunately, my experience with them has been frustrating and disappointing. Despite filing early, by June I still hadn’t received my refund. I called their office and left my number, and was told someone would get back to me — no one ever did. I followed up a week later with the same result: no return call, no update.

In early July, I went to their office in person. I even showed them a screenshot from the IRS website clearly stating that my taxes had not been received. Again, I left my contact information and was told someone would follow up. No response.
