The best transaction, I believe I have ever had, while ordering out of state. The gentleman was so polite and kind. They delivered my moms flowers perfectly! The arrangements were outstanding!! Will definitely be doing more business with them!

I never order flowers from any one else. This place is the absolute best in Harlan. Speedy, friendly and affordable. I’ve never been disappointed in any arrangement I’ve gotten from Coming Up Roses.
