It took a long time to get an appointment, though once we were there the staff was pleasant. I scheduled a basic eye exam and updated prescription for my daughter so we could order glasses through a third-party provider.

When I went to place the order, the glasses manufacturer informed me that part of her prescription was missing. After contacting the office to correct the issue, I was told we would need to return and pay an additional fee to obtain information that should have been included in the original self-pay exam. This was frustrating, as I had already paid specifically for a complete prescription.

My husband went here to Hardinsburg Eye Care. He was treated wonderfully they took good care of him. We have gone to this location over several years. Great staff and eye doctors. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hardinsburg Eye Care is one of the best. They are so caring & listen to you & your concerns. I want to take the time to thank “Jenny”for taking the time to make sure they were correctly measured. I am very hard to fit & she worked with me & they are better than anyone has ever fit me before. Dr. Emmick got the perfect vision for me. They are a wonderful & caring team. We are so fortunate to have them in Breckinridge Co.
