Kat was pretty good at first. Then she kept changing her phone number and was almost impossible to get a hold of. We have 2 lake rentals next door to each other she cleaned between rentals. We had to remind her of cleanings but she did get the houses done on time. We had a construction crew stay a few months, so we paid to have a house deep cleaned. She did not do a good job. The floors were not mopped, carpets weren't vacuumed, toilets had toilet paper stuck to themrefrigerator was filthy. I could keep going. We had several pictures to show her, she said she'd talk to her crew then we were never able to get a hold of her. We had to drive 3 hours to get it done...read full review
