Matt was exceptional! He was able to get us in quickly and was very kind working with our work schedules. He was prompt, courteous and he quickly and efficiently found the issue and repaired it the same day. I called a different HVAC company to come out to check out my unit and they didn’t check out everything and only looked at outdoor unit. They said it was a bad capacitor replaced, and left before waiting to see if home actually cooled. It still didn’t work and then when calling for them to come back was then told that my furnace had a leak that the guy who came earlier, one with the same company, should’ve checked it, but I need a whole new unit, mine is too old. I called around companies to get different quotes.
