I’ve always counted on Roto-Rooter to help with my plumbing issues. This one turned out to be a doozy. The city alerted me that I was losing gallons of water. Turns out there was a massive leak in the 60+ year old pipe (original to the house). David, Zack, and Justin worked tirelessly over two days to remove the rusted old pipe and place a new one. And when it turned out that they could not tie in outside of the house and rather had to continue indoors, they not only managed to give me a deal on price, they worked quickly and efficiently inside with minimal issues to the walls and ceiling. Plumber was professional and knowledgeable. Took time to diagnose and remedy water backing up into kitchen and bathroom sink while using the dishwasher. He also gave recommendations for further use.
