The most disappointing plumbing or business deal I have experienced in my 59 years. I'm going to small claims in Feb. 2020 the word needs to get out about this so called Ken Tyson plumbing. Too make a long story short and to keep things brief so they cannot think of ways to make up lies with my defense next month I will then explain in detail. This is my first time ever in a small court, but it will be my honor for the people to be aware of these liars, cheaters, messy work and act. I should have checked there reviews on Yelp. Long story they charge me 1,093 dollars to repair a leak that was in my master closet. I promise more information following later.
Called them about various projects I am planning and a simple inspection of a small part of the plumbing system and each time I was either told they weren't interested or would have time for it. Mind you I never once specified a time frame for any of this. Furthermore as soon as I said something that the person answering the phone didn't understand I am told "That sounds expensive". All I was asking about was a simple standard carbon filter. Please avoid this place if you value your money.
