“after many many many bad experiences with multiple different practices i finally found a place i will gladly return to. it has been YEARS since i’ve seen a dentist, at first it began as just your basic fear of the dentist themselves & later turned into the fear of the financial aspect. the staff here are INCREDIBLE. there was absolutely no judgement by any of the people i spoke to. they very clearly told me what they were doing as they were about to begin, checked on me consistently during, & went over all of my options treatment wise as well as showing me multiple options to finance my treatment. at one point dr.sandefur even said “if you were my baby this is what i would recommend” after i expressed all of my fears which calmed me down tremendously.“

“My family is new to Georgetown Ky and I was looking for a dentist… my wife and I are both over 60 so we were looking for someone that was knowledge about seniors good reputation and wouldn’t take us to the bank… put out on facebook in Georgetown group and had about hundred responses in short period… John Reid DMD seem to have many good references and people really liked him. Called set an appointment.. got to his office people were friendly everyone listen to what I wanted and they happy to help!!! They took couple X-rays he explain what needed to be done and best part didn’t charge me a fortune… actually he pulled that tooth and showed where another issue was and took care of that as well… an really no pain from a pulled tooth an another root next to it… took Tylenol twice that was it.. he followed up that night himself and gave me his cell number because of holiday weekend… that is great customer service from everyone in his office.. Thank you and my family are definitely clients !!!!“
