“Primo Smiles is an absolute wonderful place!!! I can’t say enough about them. They all go above and beyond in everything they do.
Let me start by saying Dr Kerns is going to be putting 6 crowns on my top front teeth. I was so scared to have this done, but after finding Primo Smiles and having my first visit with them, I am now excited about having it done. I did lot of research, called several other places, read a lot of reviews from different companies and they were the only place that I could find that other people only had good things to say about them. After my experience with them on the phone and my first visit I have to say these people treat you like they have known you for years and like you are part of their big family. They answered all my questions and more. Dr. Kerns, wife Casey is absolutely amazing! I spent most of my time with her and I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is.
I live two and a half hours away and they are have even went super above and beyond for us, to make it easier to get everything done without putting a strain on us. They even stayed there around two hours longer in order to get my whiting done before I do my crowns in order for us to not have to make extra trips. Also, I would like to say Heather is the first person I talked to when calling for information and trying to decide where I wanted to go to have this done. My experience with talking to her was so pleasant and she answered all my questions and talked to me for a long amount of time. She is absolutely wonderful and also made me feel like this is the place I should choose. She didn’t persuade me in anyway far as what she said. It was the way she talked to me, just like everyone else, like she had known me for year and was so helpful in every way. Like I said, I can’t say enough about how wonderful Primo Smiles are. If your questioning were to go for your dental needs, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIMO SMILES! THEY ARE FABULOUS!!!!!“
